Meet Dr. George Kamel

Dr. George Kamel brings a wealth of expertise and experience to GK Plastic Surgery. He earned his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine and completed his general surgery and plastic surgery training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. He completed an advanced craniofacial research fellowship at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital, where he conducted groundbreaking research in regenerative medicine and cleft lip and palate malformations. His research was awarded a prestigious grant from the Plastic Surgery Foundation, and he has presented his work at numerous national conferences. Dr. Kamel completed a craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship at University of California San Diego/Rady Children’s Hospital, the largest children’s hospital in California.

Dr. Kamel is a published author and speaker, having presented his research at national and international conferences. His dedication to advancing the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery ensures that his patients receive the most innovative and effective treatments available.
